- On Victoria Road, go South over Victoria Bridge
- Take a slight left onto Ross Road/A49
- Stay on the Ross Road/A49 for approximately 0.9 km (you will go straight ahead through 2 sets of traffic lights and the road will incline)
- Just at the top of the incline, turn right into Grafton Lane.
- Continue down Grafton Lane from about 0.7km. The entrance to Hereford Community Farm is on your right opposite a white building.
