Hereford Community Farm takes an holistic approach to working with individuals, their families and caregivers, health and education professionals, commissioners, funders, other community and voluntary sector organisations, local businesses, and the wider community in all that it does.
The ensuing development of trusted relationships ensures that the organisation is embedded in the Community it serves and promotes a ‘self-help’ approach where people are empowered and motivated to address the challenges they face and to raise aspirations of what can be achieved when people come together to work towards a common goal – in a ‘working with’ rather than a ‘done to’ approach which facilitates meaningful change;

People & Animals UK CIC
Established in 2015 People & Animals UK seeks to raise awareness of animal-assisted therapies for well-being across the UK and to bring together associated professionals and interested parties to share best practice on a national platform, support other start-up organisations and contribute to research and developmental projects.
